The Fat Cats on Wall Street aren't so fat anymore! All the head executives of major U.S. banks are now starving and skinny as a candy cane as they meow for help from the government to bail them out. While these greedy corporate creeps wait around to receive their funds from the Troubled Asset Relief program (TARP), President-Elect Obama has taken pity on them. While most Americans are fine with letting them jump off a cliff, Obama was charitable enough to let them jump off a cliff and into a pit of GREEN GUACAMOLE!
